Limebox.com.sg is screwing me up

Hi,

I'm under limebox's reseller plan and for the past 2 weeks. I have been having problem accessing my webpages. I've 7 domains all together.

At times, i can't even go into ANY of my sites while I can access the whole world (so it cuts away the issue that my internet is slow)

They won't respond to my ticket. I've emailed greg since 6 Oct and almost everyone but no one cares.

Seriously, my sites are still ok but my client's sites are gona be big trouble if they see it down any longer.

Can anyone recommend other SG resellers? I'm looking at sparkstation and xssist.

Hi,

I suppose you are using cPanel? You can try sparkstation. Their server seems stable so far.

As all my sites are down. I'm trying to recover the files but the SQL files are unreachable now. What should i do?

Good Evening,

We sent a notification at 7am this morning and just an update now regarding one of our servers.

One of the servers is having major apache issues and reloading apache has not fixed the issue so we are currently porting all websites to another server.

This takes alot of time, so we have supplied an outage notification till midnight tonight.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to resolve the issue shortly.

Thanks Greg (finally) for the updates.

I'm actually quite ok ANY type of outrages or issues with the server but please update me asap because i've clients to answer to.

When you mentioned that the notification was sent this morning. I didn't receive any + my 2 emails on the issue + 1 support ticket wasn't answered.

I had the issue since 4-5 days ago so if the the issue is not confirmed, why not just send me a message stating that the issue is still under investigation? I won't have sleepless nights then!

For a moment, I thou my server files were destroyed and limebox had closed down because of the zero response for the past few days.

I accept your reasoning and I'll close this topic down because it might create unfair impressions on your company.

Please update me (and the rest of those who are affected) how long this will take. I still have no respond from my ticket submission.

You probably won't and will never get until the problem is solved. The email is to inform you the problem is solved.

Sometimes you feel like Banging the walls for making the wrong decision. It's reputation at stake for us. But Limebox don't seems to mind.

is the majority of the web hosting companies in singapore resellers? i see Xsense saying about looking for another reseller, is limebox a reseller?

Good Morning,

No Limebox is not a reseller.

In the past few months, Limebox has made many changes to it's infrastructure to cater to Singapore Clients.

We have also upgraded our network and now focus on larger corporate clients.

I've received a letter few months back stating that Limebox will be taken over by sparkstation. Whats that all about?

It came after this 'saga'.

As stated, now Limebox is under Sparkstation. I think you will get better support this time round
