technical requirpment
1.The primer of the whole machine is coated with iron-red anticorrosive varnish twice and the color of the finishing coat depends on the requirements of the clients. The weight tray and the running mechanism cover shall both be painted with safety mark (chute alternating with yellow and black colors).
2.After the installation of the roller and the carrier roller, they shall rotate flexibly without any lock or touch.
3.The balance weight is subject to the debugging and the principle is to ensure the realization of the idle amplitude movement. The automatic arm support pitch-up is at any time prohibited in any position.
4.The arm support joint saddle shall firstly be equipped with the arm support, after flexible adjustment, it experiences the spot welding with the upright post and the two sides of each saddle are welded at the same time.
5.After the installation of the electric equipments, they must accord with the technical performance requirements.
6.The lighting equipments shall be configured according to the clients’ practical conditions.
7.Plate shall be set at the obvious place for the machine and the size and technical requirements shall meet with the JB8-82 stipulation.
8.This machine could work together with reclaimer on the same line without conflict.
9.This stocker could adopt the high gantry.
10.The machine adopts the PLC program for concentrated control, which could control in the driver’s room on the running, pitching, turning, suspension belt conveyor and watering and lighting, etc. It could be controlled in the ground central room; meanwhile, it adopts the means of varied-point fixed terminal.
11.Means of power supply: the products adopt the safety sliding line, which is safe and energy saving with long service life and without inspection worries.
