hi fred. DBSSSGSG is the SWIFT CODE of DBS Bank Singapore.
IRVTUS3N is the SWIFT CODE of Bank of New York, which will process payment via Wire Transfer to DBS Bank Singapore.
For more information, you may call 1800-1111-111.

So that means if someone wants to send me money (in USD), via Bank of New York to my DBS account, he should use IRVTUS3N right? coz i called them a few times and all of them give me different answer.

thanks

you will still need the code when you want to retrieve money from the 'payment system' into your local bank.
