Why is paypal no good?

from what I read, people are complaining about Paypal not because that their CC processing services are bad... instead, its the fact that some of them are unable to get their $$$ out of the Paypal account - that frustrates the hell out of them !

I think should keep the amount with paypal small, ie, dont let them handle large amount of transaction or have too much money inside your paypal account will be quite save.

Paypal has put quite alot of effort in preventing fraud, that's why i like them.
