650 sq ft is plenty space. Provided it is open plan for the 3 people.

Will the meeting room be tight?

I've visited my pal's office somewhere in Admiralty last weekend, it's about 500 sq ft, he's got 4 desk and 1 meeting room for 5. Still quite spacious, but not very impressive if the meeting room is used largely for serving potential customers though. Thank god that he don't often need to serve customers, and the meeting room is used internally only.

I think 650 is more than enough laa..for a startup. 350sqft also can but bit squeezy i guess...so i think 650 should b sufficient. You may personally go there have a look.

sure enough, my office is only 550 sqf and we have a meeting room that can sit 4 people, we have staff area that can sit 4 staff, 1 big director room that sit 2 directors, one small pantry, one resting area where we plan to put TV and console games.

but do note, if you need a lot of storage space, my setup might not be good.....

You are invited to come to my office to take a look if you want : ).

650 ft is more than enough. However, it also depends on the layout of the unit. Some layout make it difficult to partition.

Check the number of air-con outlets too. You'll want at least 2 outlets in staff area and 1 if not 2 in proposed meeting room.

Many people forget about the air-con outlets.
