There are several you can choose from, the list below is non-exhaustive, not ranked in any order.

1. WebVisions - http://www.webvisions.com

2. SingNet - http://business.singnet.com.sg

3. eWorkz - http://www.eworkz.com.sg (think they are having a promotion for server co-location, saw it in the "Web Hosting Great Offers" section)

4. DataOne - http://www.d1.com.sg

Are they suitable for US customers? as in the bandwidth

Most Singapore datacentres offer "unlimited" bandwidth in the sense that its "10mbits unlimited transfer", and not just one word "unlimited". Putting the ?mbps makes a lot of difference to the word.

You have been in WHT for some time, hence all you see is people condemming "unlimited". You have to realise what they are condemming is "Unlimited transfer", and not "capped ?mbps unlimited transfer" or something like that.

Why not? Singapore is well connected to the US and the other parts of the world. :)

I think Keppel DigiHub and Pacific is not bad...

Pacific is good in the sense that they are multi-homed to various international provider. Keppel DigiHub does not provide bandwidth, you will need to tell them what bandwidth you want and they will link you up.

Singtel IX is currently very expensive.

How about giving QALA a try.. PM me if you need more details.

Keppel Digihub basically only provides the engineering facilities required for a data center, as for data management, I believe it currently partners with companies like GWNet or eWorkz to deliver the solutions.

I was told that Keppel Digihub is one of the few buildings in Singapore to come wired with StarHub IPQ and SingTel MegaPOP. Is that true?

Yes. Its true. They even have rooms reserved for the staff of SingTel and Starhub to directly wire/configure the connections. They only offer colocation without bandwidth, and bandwidth can be obtained directly from whichever provider you want.

Sounds cool. :) I think I will give them a call to find out more tomorrow. I read that the eReseller Interaction Day organised by eWorkz also offers a tour of the data center. Anyone going? Perhaps we can form like a small gathering. :)

Regarding colocating @ Starhub, will US and Europe surfers take much longer to load a certain page ?

Well you could always obtain an IP from the StarHub guys and ask the people at WHT to do a tracert for you. That way, you will be able to relatively find out the number of hops taken to reach your server if its colocated in SH ...

But let me remind you, tracert is NOT a means of establishing response time ! ! !

I have a server located in 1 of the racks on Starhub ...

When to http://www.dnsstuff.com and did a tracert...

Total Number of Hops : 19

Average Time : 265ms

Is that fast or slow ? You decide for yourself.
