I have signup for an account with 2checkout and online payment have been made during signup but after awhile, i receive a email from 2checkout that mention this.

The following notes have been added to your account.
Please review this information and take corrective action, if needed by: as soon as possible.

Details: Hello, I apologize however this account has been closed because the start up fee was never billed. Please reattempt the sign up. Again, I apologize for your inconvenience.

I have check my account and found out that my payment status is still pending, and i have call up my bank to make enquiry and they mention that the payment pending status have to be cancel by 2checkout, but how do they cancel the pending process when they didnt issue any bill?

Anyone face this problem before? I have email 2checkout but until now, i have yet to get a reply from them.

Don't worry about this...

Usually if something like this happens, the charges will be dropped automatically after 3 working days. It should automatically disappear from the system as they would not be able to charge you for it. If they actually did charge you for this, then you should really call up your bank and tell them the entire story and I'm sure they'll know what to do from there :)

Don't worry about it... just check back with them in a few days' time and if the charge is there, then start to panic, if not, then just let it be and signup with them again (if you really need to).

Ps. Emails to 2CheckOut usually takes 48-72 hours to reply although I have seen replies that takes up to 7 days.

i'm looking at whoiscart, which is lower in costs for me, any recommendation for a low costs billing system?

After a check with my bank, i found out that 2Checkout have process the payment and collected the money but they didnt email me at all, and until now i still son't have an account with them.

EMail them, but they didnt reply, they did mention in my email to re-signup and they won't process the money, but it turn out to be the other way round.

Waiting for their email.
