Place to advertise for local hosting company

I would like to know what are the places(forums, classifields, etc) where webhost companies can advertise their service to local ppl?

See thread above. I asked but not much response. But I think loca IT publications would be a good alternative to newspaper. Then of course the local forums but you don't want to be labelled a spammer.
