International Business. Higher transaction charges but its meant for business.
Or you can go for 2CheckOut to accept credit cards. Their rates are quite reasonable.
I am also using International account
My choice ... Paypal - > International Account and 2Checkout for direct CC processing ....
Fred, if you grow and need more creditablility, change to a WorldPay account .... expensive but one of the most respected.

Worldpay? Yeah, the best merchant around, accepting almost any card if I'm not wrong. Only problem you get $398 poorer every year.
Yup, heard of Worldpay also, good reputation, but for the moment i have to keep all fees as low as possible. For CC transaction, i'm looking at 2checkout and hostcharge for quite sometime already.
But i wish to accept some local payment methods also, for example direct bank transfer and NETS VCash.
If your clients is mostly oversea customer, you had to find the best option in CC . For local customer I would prefer direct bank transfer with Internet Banking.

2CheckOut/Hostcharge are okay, except that you have to remember they aren't merchants. So you need to be extra careful. Also, they have very bad experiences with fraud/chargeback cases as mentioned in WHT.
Worldpay is a proper merchant, and they are one of the best around the world I guess, but you have to pay premiums. :)
Locally? Internet banking would be the most convenient since your customer can bank transfer via ATM too (same bank). Wallet21 is also an option, but a little too confusing if you asked me.
When you get enough clients, apply to DBS/OCBC/OUB as a GIRO payable company and get urself listed as one of their payment companies for Internet Banking. :D :D
wow that's great to be listed. Do you go through a master merchant for internet banking fund transfer? or i can just ask my customer to transfer certain fund to my acc number...coz the second choice seems abit not very professional :P i know in singapore, there are some master merchants who can handle VCash and IB fund transfer
I am also interested to find out on how to get listed and how much would I need to pay for this application.

Must contact each of the banks. The payment feature is only for their own Internet Banking, not across all banks.
Or you can go for AXS (AXS stations) or SAM (Singapore Post).
excuse me .... to get listed, you must generate enough volume ie number of transactions per month....
else, each banks internet banking list will be a mile long !
