Hosting Server Setup

Hi Need help to set up server for hosting biz. But I will do the set up on my own. All you need to do is to provide guidance through email (respond within 12 Hours preferably) Maybe some IM or phone call will be needed.

Scope
OS installation (Ferdora or Free BSD)
Control panel installation (Direct Admin)
Security (Firewall, spam filter, anti virus)
Performance Tunning
Maintenance Planning
