and u can use a chinese word processor to input the wordings.
proggies like njstar communicator or richwin for etc.

I did try that, but when I paste it over to the Dreamweaver, it give me gabbage.
How should I do that.

Dear richardplr,
other then the Meta Tag, also try this :
in Dreamweaver:
Modify -> Page Property-> Document Encoding
Choose GB2312 for simplied Chinese
or BIG 5 for Traditional Chinese.
Hope it can work this way.

typing chinese word is one thing, getting the html page to display chinese wording is another thing.
doing the charset on the html is the safest bet. :)
