What is the best server monitoring services have you signed?

I've tried some like EasyMonitor but doesnt seem to be very true.
Alertra is one that I haven't tried. It's pretty expensive.

Anyone know of any others ?

Alertra is the one we use and it works like a charm. Expensive - a little bit - but then when customer servers depend on uptime, we never really had a second choice.

Using alertra since 2002 - not one issue and they are extremely flexible when it comes to alerts.

actsupport.com seems to be highly promising one and the rates shall be much cheaper than alertra. They have round the clock support and they can be reached at any time through phone as well as chat.
