Looking for server administrator

Hi,

I'm looking for a server administrator who can perform the following:

System hardware check
Software installation/configuration/upgrade
Optimization of server
Monitoring and autorestart of:
Apache
Bind DNS
FTP
IMAP
POP3
SMTP
Control Panel
MySQL
Supports cPanel
Supports 2.6 kernel
Securing of server (eg. installation of firewall)
Installation of 3rd party software
**IMPORTANT: Friendly and willing to provide extra help if needed

Budget: S$200/month and below.

In other words, I would like someone who is experienced in the full management of a server and who is accomodating towards requests besides the ones outlined above. I do not require the server admin to provide direct support to clients unless he is willing to do so.

What is the response time you expect from him/her?

Response time should preferably be anywhere below 15mins. Is that a reasonable expectation?

Ok, to make things clear, can i presume that you are looking for someone with response time 15 min in 24-7 ?

Doesn't necessarily have to be 24/7, cos I know if it's an individual, he/she can't be on 24/7. But of course if 24/7 response is possible, that's preferred. :)
