Mailman looks difficult to install. Anything simple to manage sending out newsletters only. Not the really Majordomo power type. Preferable PHP.

I heard some mention about PHP List before.. Maybe can search in Hotscripts.com

How many subscribers? It depends on your server configuartion as if you use qmail as your MTA, you can use ezmlm.

As chin has suggested... do a search in hotscripts.com.
