One of my client requires a good shopping cart that can enable them to provide a B2B services to their customers.
Basically they will need a shopping cart with the following requirements :
User Authentication
Fully template driven
online credit card processing
product options
inventory tracking
real-time shipment tracking
orders history
tax and shipping rates calculation,
powerful admin backoffice,
built-in web-based templates editor,
database backup/restore
optional multi-vendor/mall operation mode
Web based installation wizard
Easy to use browser based admin interface
Import your existing database
Bulk upload products and pictures
Out-of-the-box storefront system
Customizable localization: multi-language, configurable currency symbol and weight/dimension measurement units, configurable list of states/provinces

At the moment I am looking at X-cart and other free shopping cart scripts.
