vbulletin.com only sells the forum. They dun sell skins.

vbskins.com personally I don't recommend them.

reason being there are alot of envidence on a few forum stating that the person has been going around cheating people money and did not hang in the project at all.

Are you very sure? SGWHT and WHT uses their skins.. so do many others around the world...

Yeah...I thought that vbskins.com is one of the most famous for selling vBulletin skins. Alternatively, you can try http://www.vbulletintemplates.com and http://www.vbulletinstyles.com if you have the time :)

Yes. for ready make skins might not be a problem.

on WHT and vB.org both forum has complain where by the owner of www.vbskins.com collects money up to a few thousand dollar for custom made skin has not complete up to this point.

is not just 1 person complain but at least 5-10 person from personal to some hosting company are looking for him. they try to email him but there was no respond him..

so this guy ask his friend to email the owner regarding some sales enquiries and he replied within 1-2hrs time ?
