I know PerlDesk is well knoen and used but it seems that I had some problem in installing it.

Therefore I am looking for alternative PHP based help desk scripts that covers much of what PerlDesk does, and they must fulfill the following :

+ Support requests
Create new support tickets. See the load balancing on your operators and assign according to load balance.
+ Managing support requests
Easily manage your support requests and track them. Apply filtering to the list. Post replies to the support tickets.
+ Mass processes for support requests
Send mass replies to tickets, mass flag selected tickets, close, open, lock or delete the selected tickets only with three clicks!
+ Printable version
See the printable version of tickets
+ Send email support
Send ticket details by email. The ticket details will be attached to the email in HTML format.

+ Manage operators
Create and manage operators. Create new operators, define their account informations like username, password, time zone, notification options, signature, etc.
+ Manage departments
Create and manage unlimited departments and operators. Make departments private to operators or public to visitors. Set attachment features of departments. Auto ticket management system management.
+ Unlimited custom fields
Create unlimited custom fields for your departments in any type of HTML form field. For example, create text fields, text areas, password fields, drop lists, lists, multiple selection lists, radio buttons, check boxes or hidden fields for your each department. Make then required fields or unique fields.
+ Unlimited autoresponders
Create unlimited autoresponders for your each department. Create text formatted or HTML formatted attachments. Send your autoresponders from different email addresses.
+ Assign unlimited operators to departments
You can assign the same operator to more than one department
+ Support requests
Create new support tickets. See the load balancing on your operators and assign according to load balance.
+ Managing support requests
Easily manage your support requests and track them. Apply filtering to the list. Post replies to the support tickets.
+ Mass processes for support requests
Send mass replies to tickets, mass flag selected tickets, close, open, lock or delete the selected tickets only with three clicks!
+ Printable version
See the printable version of tickets
+ Send email support
Send ticket details by email. The ticket details will be attached to the email in HTML format.
+ Statistics
Track operator loads, department loads and ticket statuses easily
+ Automatic ticket creating
Visitors can submit their new tickets by sending emails to the defined email addresses. For example, support@yoursite.com will be your support request accept area and will track this email address to create tickets for your clients

Has ability to balance the load on operators and assign tickets according to the load on your operators

Cerberus helpdesk seems pretty good from its online demo and it runs in php. The only gripe is the complicated installation procedure.

Perldesk ? I think it's a good piece of software but according to WHT, the support for Perldesk is lousy

I had tried to install Cerberus, but it is a bit advance for me :)

Maybe I will need some more time to do it.

I don't mind paying a small sunm (<100USD) for the scripts as long as it fulfills our requirements.
