Unforseen expenses

OK guys, maybe you would like to share what were some of the unforseen expenses when starting a hosting company?

Current expenses
- Dedicated Server $100 - $300 a month
- Server Setup $200 - $400

I hope that through this discussion, those who really hope to setup their webhost business have some knowledge of it.

1) Hosting Application such as Modernbill, Clientexec?
2) Helpdesk script such as Perldesk?
3) Company Logo?
4) Web design for company website?
