Reseller... need registering??

if you are reselling using a reseller account brought from an SG company, do you need to reg with rcb?
what about an account brought from an overseas company?

There are some other threads on rcb(or is it rbc??)
but they dont seem to answer the question on reselling webspace... i only found one post on this...
so what about the rest...?

You are required to have one, but to personal POV, not really neccessary. There is a thread around, please read it.

It is possible to use other company's name, but you have to register business another form of business under it.

If i'm not mistaken, it still applies unless you're a referal. If you state your company name as " Reseller-ABC" When your provider is the ABC, i think it doesn't matter. But there were some writeups somewhere saying that, if you use a company name without registering it, you're liable to be guilty.

But i think, unless it's someone who has the pure intention of destroying you (i.e. competitors), if not, there isn't any reason you MUST register as you provide good service, quality and pricing, no one cares whether you're registered annot. And this is a very typical thought.
