Had anyone heard of this local payment gateway called "Wallet21" ?

I had subscribed to their services in order to provide a secure payment method for local customer.

Yes... My wife has - she has been using wallet 21 to pay for some services over the Internet - mainly for those based in Singapore. ..

one of her main uses ... to pay Igauna Mobile so that her can download ringtones, logos etc...
