Hi!
I use paysystems but not 2checkout so I can't comment about 2CO. For paysystems, you set the 'minimum' amount before they automatically cash out for you the payments. However, I've not tried the cheque payments before it's more expensive that way. A wire from them takes USD$10 and UOB takes SGD$5 for incoming wires so it works out to be around SGD$23 or so but I think it takes SGD$25 to clear international cheques and you have the insecurity of having the cheque in the mail and have to wait for it to arrive by mail from the US.
I tried clearing a cheque from Spedia.net (one of those paid-for-surf sites) and it took a long long long time for it to get to me and another few days for UOB to clear it. (after a BIG chunk was taken by them)
About the CSL thing. Not too sure how it will work. Maybe you want to try asking your bank about it?
I agree that clearing US cheque take at least 3 weeks and they will charge u for the commission, the postage to send the cheque back to the originator bank..and so on..
And so clearing a small amount of USD cheque is really not worth it.
You got that right... The other time, it took me about 2 months to 'surf' for $60 before i cashed out the cheque and OUB took half that.. GRrrrrr... what a waste of my time.

We start using PaySystems since year 2001. At first we use the check option, however, it took 1-2 months for the check to arrive, bank-in and credit to our bank account.
We changed to wire transfer method since PaySystems lowered the rate for wire transfer to USD10.00, it takes only 1-3 working days for the remittance to be credited to our bank account.
We have changed to WorldPay recently due to some issues with PaySystems.

If i'm not wrong, wire transfer is somehow the same thing as the bank transfer we have in Singapore. The difference is at its the transfer of money from elsewhere part of the world to you. Normally this service cost you quite some money, but some banks around have affliated banks in other countries which would save you some money.

1. There is a period few months back where their system down and has being not reliable for almost 2 weeks due to a DOS attack to their network. They didn't take any efficient actions againts this when the attack happended nor informed their client immediatelly about this issue.
2. Their system is not accesible almost every day between 4.00pm - 6.00pm Malaysia time, we always get a time out error when trying to access PaySystems during that period.
3. All new orders are placed in their "pending" menu for manual verification purposes; sometimes it took them more than 24 hours to validate an order.

PaySystems will wire transfer your money through their bank agent to your local bank account directly. It will takes only 1 - 3 days for the money to arrive and credited to your account.
PaySystems charge USD10.00 per transfer and your bank will charge you RM5.00.

WorldPay is reliable and professional. However their price is extremely expensive. The startup fee for WorldPay is 150GBP/year!
WorldPay's Payment Gateway is also more advance, powerful and flexible.
