Hmmm.... I've been thinking of another 'business name' for my next money-spending venture of mine and still can't find a suitable one. :(

Being me, I tend to like those names that are more 'corporate-like'.
Names like WorldCom, GlobalCrossing and the like tend to make me sit up when I hear them. (Until they went bankrupt of course)

I think the 'catching' part is that the name itself protrays a global image since their name contains the words 'world' & 'Global' which instantly makes the customer-to-be think they have a large global presence. This is already half the battle won since the customer by then has a certain level of confidence in them. At least to me. :D

Think about it. If you want to get something, who would you choose? A company called WorldCom or something called Avaya?
(I still think avaya sounds silly)

worldcom.tm is avaliable. TM is for trademark rite.

but i guess you gotta pay 150USD/year, and you have to pay 10 years registeration fee in advance. that's 1.5k USD, really scary me.

but, since...since we really want a decent name, later when i got job, i don't mind spend two mth salary to get a TM name.

there are many great domain avaliable for dot TM domain.

if i got money, erm...grab a very good one.

btw, TM is for trade mark, let's say, we register some name like sony.tm, will sony sue me? heh heh...like i already got singaporepools.net...

i checked many domain, only yahoo got register tm domain.

believe or not, you can even have lycos.tm server.tm. and many many more!

all you need is money, man! let's start save money now, get a trademark domain, then abandon my old domain. hah hah...
