Some very simply but very successful guide which we deliver to our resellers.

1. Know your strength, what could you provide in reference of service? What is your commitment? What makes you distinctive from other host? How your clients will benefits from you?
2. Know you market segment and positioning. Who do you want to target to? How do you want to position yourself in pricing and product?

3. Only after you have something in mind above, proceed to consider should you be getting a reseller account or your own server.

4. How do you choose your upstream provider is what you need to seriously consider next. It must match your strength! This area is too ambiguous and will chew over later.

5. Do it one at a time and check with others whatelse you need to know.
